Mixing / Homogenizing
Blending with nitrogen consists of bubbling Nitrogen at the bottom of a tank in which different wines or products need to be homogenized. The bubbles will raise to the surface while gently mixing the various products contained in the tank.
Nitrogen blending avoids any oxygen pickup by the wine. It is a cheap, effective, fast and well controlled solution for homogenizing wines, requiring little investment.
